By the end of this session you will be able to:
Name the 3 genus of edible oysters
Identify each oyster by its Genus
Describe characteristics of 10 different oysters
Be able to advise your friend of oysters
Recognise oysters that are not safe to eat
Match oysters with Wine

The session includes at total of 12 Oysters
9 of the following selection (depending on Arrival)
Jersey rock , cumbrae rock , Colchester rock and Native, Maldon Rock and Native, Welsh rock, Pacific oysters , Kumomoto oysters, belon natives, marine d’Oleron, marine d’arcachon , fine de Claire , special de Claire , Pied de Cheval and Cumbrea oysters
+ 1 Oyster Shooter
+ 1 Oyster Rockefeller
+ 1 Poached Oyster, glazed champagne Sabayon
Wine served during the session will include a sparkling wine, a Muscadet, a Loire Valley Sauvignon, a petit Chablis and a Bordeaux Entre deux Mers

describe the characteristic of each of the groups
name cheeses in each of the group
demonstrate why cheese and wine matching is important
be able to advise your Friends on wine and cheese matching
have tasted and matched 8 different cheeses with 8 different wines
