Designed to unlock the mysteries of food and wine matching. You will be guided through a series of dinners where will be explained the rationale behind the matches. We'll starting the year with Beef, from Carpaccio to Cheek and everything in between. Then moving on though the year looking at other animals and fish as they come into season.
